Problem Note 50882: A project delay notification is sent a day late to the acting project manager

When a project is delayed in SAS® Marketing Operations Management, a notification should be sent on the first day after the project is delayed. However, for the acting project manager, this notification is not being sent until the second day after the project was delayed.
